As home stagers, our job is about bringing a home's best face forward and making it more desirable to buyers.

Every home is different. Home staging is about more than just tidying up, painting the walls, and opening up the drapes. It's all about accentuating your home's best features and bringing them front and center, while also creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will speak to a buyer’s imagination.

A properly staged home has just the right quality and quantity of furnishings for a buyer to understand how rooms function and how spaces flow. Staging creates warmth, life, and positive emotion. Good staging avoids clutter or overly personalized decor that might be a turn-off to some. It maximizes the home's strengths while minimizing any shortcomings. Staging engages prospective buyers, increases their interest and perception of value. A prospective buyer becomes more likely to buy!

We offer vacant and non-vacant staging packages. Each require an initial 2 hour consultation at your home, usually with your Realtor present. The tour starts from the curb and ends in the backyard. We go through each area and discuss ideas and make recommendations for improving the spaces to appeal to all buyers and bring you top dollar.

  • 2 hour in home consultation - touring the home from curb to the backyard and providing verbal and handwritten ideas for improving the home to appeal to buyers.

  • Paint colors for entire home up with handwritten color worksheet 

Occupied Home

Staging Package

$1500

  • 2 hour in home consultation - touring the home from curb to the backyard, educating homeowner about maintaining the home while it's on the market

  • Choosing color palette

  • Up to 3 hours shopping for additional accessories and accents. *Shopping items not included

  • Up to 4 hours of de-cluttering, organizing and styling
